We are looking for a Service Associate - Finance Administrator to join our team!

As our Service Associate - Finance Administrator, we will rely on you to:

  • Facilitates administrative functions of the Finance Division as assigned by the Financial Controller(FC) / Assistant Financial Control( AFC).
  • Maintaining financial records and provide comprehensive secretarial support for the FC/AFC and the Finance Team.
  • Manage the schedule, coordinates meetings and appointments for the Financial Controller.
  • Prepare the communications outlined by the Financial Controller.
  • Support the FC /AFC for all administration and office coordination.
  • Handling administration work according to guidelines given by the company.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has

  • Preferably who has Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Timely completion of tasks by adhering to deadlines and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independent, Innovative, energetic and strong interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to work extra hours to complete tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Is a strong team player
  • Good interpersonal & communication skill
