Overview

We are searching for a dedicated Service Advisor (Trucks) to join our team at Tan Chong Group in Kuantan, Pahang. This full-time role is integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our truck servicing and repair services, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and requests related to truck servicing and repairs
  • Assist in the scheduling and coordination of service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and minimising customer downtime
  • Liaise with the technical team to diagnose and resolve issues, communicating progress and updates to customers
  • Prepare detailed estimates and invoices for service work, ensuring accurate billing and adherence to company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and transactions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive or truck servicing industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of truck mechanics and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
