A leading car service center in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Service Advisor with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. In this role, you'll serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service while managing workflow and documentation. Stuttgarage Continental Car Specialist is looking for Service Advisor with an experience in automotive industry. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them through their service journey and making sure they get the best experience possible!
Customer Service & Communication
Greet customers professionally and assess their service needs.
Advise customers on estimated costs, parts required and job timelines.
Provide clear explanations of work performed, charges and warranty coverage.
Keep customers updated on repair progress, delays or additional recommendations.
Service Workflow Management
Open job cards, record vehicle details, complaints and inspection findings.
Coordinate with technicians, parts department and job controllers to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor work-in-progress and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Conduct final vehicle checks and assist with vehicle handover to customers.
Promote additional or preventive services such as service packages and vehicle accessories when appropriate.
Support service campaigns and throughput targets set by the branch.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare accurate cost estimates, invoices and warranty claims in compliance with company procedures.
Maintain proper records in the service system and ensure all documentation is complete.
Customer Follow-up & Satisfaction
Conduct post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to build long-term relationships.
Minimum 1-year of experience as Service Advisor or customer facing in automotive workshop
Familiar with the end-to-end SA process, including job card preparation, customer communication and workflow management
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in a team and perform overtime when required
Basic computer literacy (Google Sheet/MS Excel, WhatsApp etc)
