Job description

Job Title: Service Advisor

• Schedules service appointments and obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labour and parts, and establishes "promised time".
• Checks on repair progress throughout the day, contacts customers regarding changes, explains costs and time requirements, and obtains proper authorization for additional repairs.
• Maintains Customer Satisfaction Index rating at least at the level of the manufacturer, zone, or branch average.
• Advises customers on vehicle care and maintenance in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus.
• Follows all safety policies and procedures, reporting any accidents immediately.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Good customer orientation, positive attitude, friendliness, and patience.
• Good verbal manners, respectful, trustworthy.
• Experience in a related field is an advantage.
