Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Perai. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and concerns, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring that customers receive timely and effective aftersales support. The role also involves coordinating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and managing service records and documentation.
