An excellent opportunity has opened up for a SERVICE ADVISOR to join the team at Apple Autotech, Jaecoo Dealer. As a customer-facing role, the Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. This full-time position is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our auto repair and tyre services.

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Sound technical knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle services
