Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling of customer’s complaint of their car including receiving customers’ cars and opening of Job Card
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with customers to encourage more repairs and up selling not forgetting to attain customer satisfaction and royalty
- Supporting the technicians in every area possible.
- Providing quotations when requested by customers and advise customers on the amount of time required
- Monitoring of recalls and campaigns to ensure that such recalls and campaigns are carried out whenever the car is in the workshop
- Establishing and maintaining team spirit and motivation
- To arrange chauffeur service to VIP guests, prospects and customers in Rolls-Royce vehicles as and when required.
- To deliver a definitive Rolls-Royce experience, the 'magic carpet ride', to clients or guests at all time; by paying close attention to detail and ensure high personal standards in appearance, behavior, attitude as well as planning ahead.
- To assist in picking up and delivering of customers’ Rolls-Royce cars to and from workshops.
- To ensure proper follow up on work in progress status to customers every day.
- To ensure proper follow up on back order parts and update customers on status.
- To ensure proper and detail recording of all cars when perform service reception at the car.
- To ensure proper handover of car to customers.
- To ensure all WIPs are closed in accordance to time frame.
- To assist in marketing events and activities when required.
- Other ad hoc jobs such as send car to wash bay, top up petrol, pick up guests from airport or other locations.
- Any other suitable duties assigned by the management from time to time.
