About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. As a full-time Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to ensure their vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department
  • Greet and welcome customers, assess their service needs, and provide accurate estimates
  • Communicate openly with customers to understand their concerns and expectations
  • Coordinate the scheduling and completion of all vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery, keeping customers informed of progress
  • Promote and sell additional services and parts to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and service activities
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary parts and supplies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and customer satisfaction
What were looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Proficient in using computerised job management and parts ordering systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the overall success of the service department
