About the role

As a Service Advisor at Fook Loi Corporation Sdn Bhd, you will be a crucial part of our Automotive Trades team, based in Inanam Sabah. This full-time role is responsible for providing top-notch customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our vehicle repair and maintenance operations.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle needs and concerns
• Liaising with the technical team to diagnose issues, provide repair estimates and timelines
• Coordinating service schedules and booking appointments
• Communicating with customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional work required
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Maintaining detailed records and updating job cards
• Supporting the parts and inventory management processes

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and team members
• Good technical understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance processes
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in using automotive software and computer systems
• A positive, helpful, and solution-oriented attitude
