Job summary

Linkwing in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated testing engineer to write server product test plans and test cases, and to develop test schemes and specifications. You will lead functional and reliability testing, develop test fixtures and programs, handle anomalies, and drive test automation while coordinating with clients.

Candidates should have at least an associate degree in electronics or CS, 2+ TE years, Linux proficiency, and bilingual Chinese/English.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in electronic engineering, computer science or related field.
Minimum 2 years TE experience in server or electronics industries.
Familiar with server hardware architecture and testing processes.
Proficient in automated testing principles and fixture development.
Skilled in using the Linux operating system.
Experience in Linux Shell programming.
Fluent in reading and writing Chinese and English.
Preferred: experience developing automated testing equipment and server product testing.

Responsibilities

Write server product test plans and test cases, and develop test schemes and specifications.
Plan product functional testing and reliability testing, and develop, debug, and verify test fixtures and test programs.
Handle test anomalies, improve processes, and optimize test procedures to increase test yield, efficiency, and coverage.
Lead the introduction, selection, debugging, and acceptance of new testing equipment and fixtures.
Promote the implementation of test automation.
Conduct tester skills training and liaise with clients on testing requirements.
Manage test-related technical documents.
Optimize the testing process and reduce testing costs.
Improve the level of test automation.
