Responsibilities

About the Team
The Infrastructure Engineering team supports the company's fast growth by building and operating hyperscale data centers. The team manages the end-to-end lifecycle of server fleet, providing cloud solutions and various infrastructure services to ensure scalability and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for the planning framework provided by the Server delivery TPM. Manage the on-site server deployment process, proactively resolve issues and risks, and provide accurate timelines, especially for OS installations.
• Responsible for racking, installation, and connection of server hardware, including server hosts, storage devices, and network devices.
• Conduct project acceptance with cross-functional teams, provide detailed test reports and deployment documents to ensure successful server delivery.
• Develop and implement capacity management strategies for large-scale data center server deployments to optimize resource utilization.
• Apply advanced knowledge of server energy efficiency and scalability best practices, researching and implementing new technologies to optimize performance and minimize environmental impact.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Knowledge of server hardware components and troubleshooting, familiarity with TCP/IP and network topology.
• Experience leading server deployment projects and collaborating across teams.
• Effective engagement with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and data analytics.
• Cross-region deployment experience is highly advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industry-leading data center providers.
• Experience with complex GPU server deployments.
• Understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability in data centers.
• Experience in data center design and construction projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
