We are seeking an experienced and data-driven SEO Lead to drive our organic growth strategy across global markets. As a key player in our fintech marketing team, you will be responsible for improving search visibility, driving high-intent traffic, and enhancing the discoverability of our trading platforms, educational content, and promotions.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, proven success in fintech or financial services SEO, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy tailored to the fintech and trading industry.

Conduct competitor research and identify keyword opportunities focused on financial instruments (e.g., Forex, stocks, commodities, indices).

Build roadmaps to improve rankings for high-conversion and educational keywords.

On-Page & Technical SEO

Optimize landing pages, blog posts, campaign pages, and platform-related content for search performance.

Implement best practices for meta tags, schema markup (especially financial content), internal linking, and page structure.

Coordinate with web developers to resolve technical SEO issues related to speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure articles, trading insights, market news, and platform updates are SEO-optimized.

Provide SEO guidance on multilingual and regional content strategy (e.g., Southeast Asia, MENA, LATAM).

Drive evergreen content creation for long-term organic performance.

Off-Page & Link Building

Develop white-hat link-building strategies through financial PR, partnerships, guest posts, and fintech directories.

Monitor backlink profile quality and manage disavow files when needed.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor keyword performance, site traffic, conversion paths, and user engagement using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.

Create monthly SEO reports for internal stakeholders with actionable insights.

Conduct regular site audits and adapt strategy based on algorithm changes and market shifts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of SEO experience, with proven success in the fintech, financial services, or trading industry.

Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress and knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.

Strong understanding of user search behavior in the finance/trading space.

Experience optimizing for multilingual or international SEO (hreflang, language targeting, etc.).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain SEO recommendations to non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with regulated financial platforms or CFD brokerages.

Knowledge of financial instruments such as Forex, US stocks, indices, and commodities.

Understanding of compliance requirements for SEO in regulated markets (e.g., disclaimers, local disclosures).
