Job description

Support the development and execution of end-to-end SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, aligned with business goals.

Lead keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to uncover optimization opportunities.

Collaborate closely with content, web development, and design teams to implement SEO recommendations effectively.

Supervise and guide junior SEO team members, providing mentorship and reviewing work for accuracy and effectiveness.

Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs; translate data into actionable insights and regular reports.

Assist the SEO Manager in managing client accounts and stakeholder communication, including reporting campaign progress, KPIs, and strategy updates.

Stay informed on algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices to support ongoing optimization and risk mitigation.

Help manage workflow, timelines, and task prioritization across multiple projects and regional teams.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven SEO experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles including technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Solid understanding of website architecture, crawlability, mobile optimization, and page speed factors.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
