Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Senior Trade Marketing Executive to support trade initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving market growth. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop trade marketing strategies and execute campaigns throughout Malaysia's competitive FMCG landscape. Job Objective:

Support the planning and execution of trade marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, expand market share, and drive sales growth across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and rollout of trade marketing plans that align with brand strategies and market objectives.

Promotion & Sales Support

Coordinate trade promotions, business development activities, and assist in achieving key sales and marketing KPIs.

Distributor & Retailer Engagement

Maintain strong working relationships with brand principals, distributors, and retail partners to ensure effective market execution.

Market Research & Analysis

Track competitor activities, monitor market trends, analyze sales data, and support decision-making with actionable insights.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and brand consistency at all touchpoints.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in trade marketing, sales, or product development within the FMCG industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese – essential for regional coordination and stakeholder communication.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Candidates with solid FMCG industry experience are highly encouraged to apply.
