Job summary

Mubadala Energy Malaysia is seeking a Senior Completion Engineer to lead well completion, intervention, testing and integrity programs. You will design and optimize plans, coordinate offshore execution and manage resources, ensuring safety, cost effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have 15+ years in E&P with SEA exposure preferred, and strong skills in nodal analysis, tubing stress and project planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering with petroleum, drilling and completion knowledge.
Extensive experience in well completion, intervention, integrity and testing.
Strong understanding of design, analysis and cost-efficient execution.

Responsibilities

Lead well completion, intervention, services, integrity and testing operations offshore and onshore.
Plan resources, equipment, contractors and schedules for approved activities.
Monitor progress against budget, quality, schedule and contractor performance.
Support HSSE, risk reviews and operational decision making during execution.
Ensure final reports, lessons learnt and regulatory requirements are documented.
Coordinate logistics, mobilisation, vessel requirements and material tracking.
