Qualifications

• 4+ years of web development experience.
• Demonstrable technical SEO work with measurable outcomes (rankings, Core Web Vitals scores, organic traffic).
• Strong understanding of SSR/SSG and their SEO implications.
• Experience conducting and acting on technical SEO audits.
• Ability to lead a small team or workstream independently.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain marketing and product websites.
• Own technical SEO: site structure, metadata, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, schema markup, and indexing.
• Establish performance benchmarks and implement measurable improvements.
• Define frontend standards and review work from junior developers.
• Coordinate with content and design on SEO-aligned site structure.
