Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance/Economics or related field.
• FIMM & IPPC certification will be an added advantage.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in financial/investment field.
• Deep understanding of economic fundamentals and investment strategy, with focus on wealth management products.
• Strong interpersonal skills - personable, approachable, collaborative.
• Research background and wealth management experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• RM briefing - provide market updates and guidance on investment strategies to RMs/branches/region.
• RM coaching - engage RMs in advisory process and product/idea generation with customers.
• Product and service briefing – explain features and market trends to ensure RMs are up to date.
• Joint sales – engage customers together with RMs to provide wealth management advisory and investment solutions.
• Portfolio review & rebalancing – conduct regular reviews to align with objectives and risk tolerance.
• Client wealth seminars – prepare and present seminars to generate new leads.
