Job summary

Toll Integrated Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and storage activities, across our Nilai facility.

You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensure accurate inventory management, and drive safety and efficiency to meet delivery timelines. The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse processes, SAP familiarity, and a proven record of supervising operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with SAP is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and storage activities.
• Coordinate receiving, picking and loading processes to meet delivery timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety and operational procedures.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth operations.
• Supervise warehouse staff, maintain discipline, and ensure productivity targets are met.
