Job summary

Lee Ting San Lorry Transport Sdn Bhd in Penang is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and unloading. Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years in warehouse operations; supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and unloading.
Ensure accurate inventory records and proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.
Monitor stock movements and conduct regular stock checks for accuracy.
Coordinate with customers, transporters, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare and maintain warehouse reports and records.
Ensure goods are identified, labelled, stored, and handled per procedures.
Prepare customs-related reports and ensure compliance with customs rules.
Supervise warehouse staff to complete daily tasks efficiently and accurately.
Monitor safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
Investigate discrepancies and support process improvements.
