Qualifications

Job description

Position : Senior Warehouse Coordinator

Industry : Oil & Gas

Location : Sarawak

Scope of Work(s):

• Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and dispatching of materials and equipment.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for offshore and onshore material movements, including loadout and backload activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by maintaining and updating inventory records through the warehouse management system.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with HSE policies, warehouse best practices, and material handling procedures.
• Supervise warehouse staff and provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Minimum Requirement(s):

• Minimum SPM qualification (or equivalent)
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in logistics and warehousing, specifically within the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum two (2) years of recent, hands-on experience supporting upstream oil & gas operations (e.g. drilling, production, or offshore campaigns).
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and offshore logistics processes.
• Familiarity with international shipping documentation, HS codes, and customs clearance procedures.
