About the role

Tecnomic Systems Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of information and communication technology solutions, is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Voice Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our state-of-the-art voice communication systems.

What you'll be doing

Design, implement, and maintain complex voice communication systems, including VoIP, SIP, and traditional telephony solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice and audio quality, signalling, and call routing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice services with other IT systems

Develop and implement best practices for voice network management, security, and performance optimization

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Stay up-to-date with the latest voice technology trends and industry standards

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience in voice engineering, with a strong background in VoIP, SIP, and legacy telephony technologies

Proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex voice communication systems

Excellent understanding of voice protocols, codecs, and quality of service (QoS) principles

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

Relevant certifications or qualifications in voice engineering or telecommunications are preferred

Prefer Audiocodes SBC, Ribbon SBC Certification.
