Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning & Leadership

  • Drive long-term financial strategies aligned with business growth
  • Lead financial modeling and investment analysis
  • Provide financial insights to C-level stakeholders

Capital Management & Fundraising

  • Oversee capital allocation, debt structuring, and fundraising initiatives
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions
  • Negotiate and structure financing agreements

Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting exercises
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and dashboards
  • Monitor financial KPIs and recommend performance improvements

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory standards, and internal controls
  • Lead internal and external audits
  • Implement effective risk management frameworks

Investor Relations

  • Serve as a key liaison with investors and stakeholders
  • Develop investor presentations and financial communications
  • Build transparency and trust through consistent engagement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field
  • Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA); MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in real estate, construction, or property development is highly preferred
  • Deep knowledge of MFRS, taxation, and financial compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
