Job description

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct valuation and prepare valuation reports of properties.
• Perform thorough inspection of the properties to be valued.
• Ensure that the properties inspected comply with relevant guidelines and legal requirements, and conduct enquiries with government bodies or authorities as needed.
• Assess market value supported by comparable market transactions and other pertinent information.
• Maintain strong customer service relationships with business partners, including banks and corporate clients.
• Assist and guide junior executives when required.
• Stay informed of property market movements and developments, including construction industry trends and competitor activity.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Superior or Directors of the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Valuation, Property Management, Real Estate, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with a positive attitude.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the valuation or real estate industry, with general market knowledge of Johor Bahru.
• Willingness to work at Menara JLand, Ibrahim International Business District, Johor Bahru.
