Job Responsibilities

1. Collaboration: Engage with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to fully grasp project requirements.
2. User-Centered Design: Utilize user feedback, conduct research, and analyze usability findings to inform your design decisions. Keep the end user in mind throughout the design process to ensure their needs are met effectively.
3. Wireframes, Prototypes, Mockups: Develop wireframes to outline the basic structure and layout of interfaces. Create prototypes to test functionality and interactions. Design visual mockups to showcase the final look and feel of the product.
4. User Flows, Personas, Journey Maps: Map out user flows to understand how users navigate through the application. Create personas to represent different user demographics and behaviors. Develop journey maps to visualize the user's experience from start to finish.
5. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests with real users to identify pain points and gather feedback on design iterations. Use this feedback to refine and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure designs are pixel-perfect and meet quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies in the rapidly evolving field of UI/UX design.
