Job summary

Accord Innovations in Malaysia seeks an experienced UC, Voice, and CX solution architect to lead design and implementation for enterprise clients. You will provide expert consulting on NICE CX, design enterprise voice architectures, and guide multi-platform integrations with Teams and Zoom, while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on delivery, and willingness to attend client meetings in Malaysia and Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in UC, Voice, Contact Centre, CX/EX, or related technology consulting.
• Expert-level experience with NICE CX is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in Enterprise Voice / Telephony.
• Deep knowledge of VoIP, SIP, PSTN, Call Routing, and SBC.
• Experience with Genesys, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom.
• Strong solution architecture, design and implementation skills.
• Proven client-facing consulting and technical presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Malaysia and able to attend meetings in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead UC, Contact Centre, Voice, and CX solution design and implementation for enterprise clients.
• Provide expert-level consulting and technical guidance on NICE CX solutions.
• Design and support enterprise voice architecture covering VoIP, SIP, PSTN, SBC, call routing, and telephony.
• Assess existing client environments and recommend suitable technology solutions and improvements.
• Work with platforms including NICE CX, Genesys, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical discussions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, architecture documents, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, vendor, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution integration, testing, deployment, and implementation.
• Manage technical stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
