Oversee and manage day-to-day treasury operations, including the preparation and submission of trade applications and loan drawdown documentation.

Review and consolidate daily cash positions and treasury reports to ensure accurate and timely financial insights for management decision-making.

Monitor compliance with banking covenants, internal treasury policies, and regulatory requirements.

Lead and support fundraising initiatives, including sourcing new financing options, preparing documentation for loan applications, and participating in annual financial reviews with stakeholders.

Maintain and cultivate strong professional relationships with banks, legal counsel, company secretaries, and other key external partners to ensure seamless treasury operations.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in operational tasks and professional development.

Manage and execute ad hoc treasury-related projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Qualification Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for strategic treasury decision-making.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Leadership qualities with experience in guiding junior staff and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury, corporate/commercial banking, or financing-related functions.

Exposure to cross-border financing and multi-currency cash management is a plus.

Spoken: Fluent in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Written: Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
