We are Corporate Finance. Our team combines deep financial expertise and passion to help the CFO maximize value. We support our divisions and corporate partners in shaping strategies, making investment and financing decisions, mitigating risks, managing liquidity, and communicating with investors. We also handle M&A transactions and manage pension liabilities and assets for the group pension plan.
Support and execute operational activities within Corporate Finance in a Shared Service Center environment. Administer treasury processes to manage cash, funding, banking relationships, and financial risks aligned with corporate objectives, policies, guidelines, and compliance standards.
