Job description

Manage overall transport activities (DSD, MEP/MPL/KA, OPKA, Sea freight, Local and Cross border Interplant) from collection point (Enstek, DC & supplier) and ensure orders are scheduled and delivered based on timeline which include reverse logistic. Actively managing 3PL on truck deployment requirement with regular KPI review to ensure compliance against Contract. Responsible for driver training and regulatory compliance. Manages truck planning and operation activities including 3PL to region planning, daily dispatching and enabling execution of the customer service policy, settlement and supporting market execution. Maintain standard of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment (Truck Cargo area and Containers) by working with Safety Team and 3PL.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Effectively measure and manage execution of functional objective by monitoring and measure and 3PL KPI that stated in contract. Responsibility to prepare and share monthly KPI performance to management and transporter and regular operations reviews and take timely corrective actions.
  2. Work cross functionally to ensure efficient and effective execution with regular meeting and feedback session with OMS, transportation, route planning, warehouse and 3PL team to improve performance, products and services, or operational solutions.
  3. Manage Operation for Delivery & Reverse DSD, MEP/MPL/KA, OPKA, Sea freight, Local and Cross border Interplant), make sure outbound and inbound operations by providing guidance to transporter to ensure customer orders are delivered based on schedule and in full.
  4. Truck Availability and Capacity Planning. To ensure enough fleet available to support business requirement and volume.
  5. Managing Operation Cost to ensure all delivery need done by choosing correct transporter with correct price for delivery.
  6. 3PL Management. To keep track all transporter KPI performance on weekly basis, drive and make sure all transporters to utilize using OTM on daily operation related.
  7. Fleet & Safety Management. Ensuring 3PL compliance to EOSHS and Coca-Cola requirement on fleet management. Maintaining standard of safety and health, hygiene and security in the work environment (Truck Cargo area and Containers). Keep records and tracks all incidents that involve during delivery and comply to timeline of reporting EOSHS guideline.
  8. Maintain metrics, reports on performance. To ensure all delivery status, 3PL performances is recorded and track accurately, consolidation of performance and on time reporting to management.
  9. Ensure on time POD & settlement done by 3PL according to settlement requirement. To investigate on the settlement discrepancies.
  10. Ensure all process is in place according to ISO standard. All relevant parties must be well trained and aware of the processes and all activities in the operations must be executed according the standard processes. Any changes to the process must be constantly updated and communicated to all related parties and reported to the ISO custodian.
  11. Actively participate in all departmental, company and regional initiative that will be assigned time to including OE initiatives, EJT, MITs and any other project / initiatives that brings benefits to the company.
  12. On the Job Coaching. Route riding with various drivers to understand their adherence to the process and service mindedness whilst carrying out their duties in the field.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.

Experience: At least 4-5 years of Experience in Logistics; with at least 2 years in team lead responsibility.

People Management: Capability to engage people of different level. Able to lead, motivates employees, coach and train a team of logistics professionals to achieve best in class execution. Requires strong communication skills with hands on approach in execution and the ability to act both strategically and tactically in managing day to day challenges.

Operation Knowledge: Knowledgeable in industrial practice and regulation with good relationship with 3PL. Ability to understand costs/benefits of various route to market strategies and support market execution through OTIF cost effective delivery of all products.

Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.

Service Fulfillment: Knowledge of deliver supplier fulfillment capabilities to meet customer and internal requirements. Ability to build system capability and capacity to ensure service is provided effectively, timely and efficiently.

Fleet equipment: Understand fleet regulatory compliance, how to manage third part fleet providers and provide RTM with efficient and effective vehicles to maximize their effectiveness in the marketplace.

Fleet safety: Good understanding on industrial requirement on key components of EOSHS which include Driver Management, Vehicle Management, Journey Management and Transport Management with compliance to local RTD regulation.

Negotiation Skill: Ability to make the opponent understand the core of the requirement and negotiate and persuade them to agree to a term that provides a win-win situation for both.

Analytical skills: Excellent use of Microsoft office, insight into good business processes, ability to complete detailed business case and cost benefit analysis.

Work arrangement: Able to work in shift.
