Manage overall transport activities (DSD, MEP/MPL/KA, OPKA, Sea freight, Local and Cross border Interplant) from collection point (Enstek, DC & supplier) and ensure orders are scheduled and delivered based on timeline which include reverse logistic. Actively managing 3PL on truck deployment requirement with regular KPI review to ensure compliance against Contract. Responsible for driver training and regulatory compliance. Manages truck planning and operation activities including 3PL to region planning, daily dispatching and enabling execution of the customer service policy, settlement and supporting market execution. Maintain standard of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment (Truck Cargo area and Containers) by working with Safety Team and 3PL.

Requirements:
Education: Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
Experience: At least 4-5 years of Experience in Logistics; with at least 2 years in team lead responsibility.
People Management: Capability to engage people of different level. Able to lead, motivates employees, coach and train a team of logistics professionals to achieve best in class execution. Requires strong communication skills with hands on approach in execution and the ability to act both strategically and tactically in managing day to day challenges.
Operation Knowledge: Knowledgeable in industrial practice and regulation with good relationship with 3PL. Ability to understand costs/benefits of various route to market strategies and support market execution through OTIF cost effective delivery of all products.
Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer.
Service Fulfillment: Knowledge of deliver supplier fulfillment capabilities to meet customer and internal requirements. Ability to build system capability and capacity to ensure service is provided effectively, timely and efficiently.
Fleet equipment: Understand fleet regulatory compliance, how to manage third part fleet providers and provide RTM with efficient and effective vehicles to maximize their effectiveness in the marketplace.
Fleet safety: Good understanding on industrial requirement on key components of EOSHS which include Driver Management, Vehicle Management, Journey Management and Transport Management with compliance to local RTD regulation.
Negotiation Skill: Ability to make the opponent understand the core of the requirement and negotiate and persuade them to agree to a term that provides a win-win situation for both.
Analytical skills: Excellent use of Microsoft office, insight into good business processes, ability to complete detailed business case and cost benefit analysis.
Work arrangement: Able to work in shift.
