The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and management of Verifier community (training, communication, list update) of workflows until the full translation verification activities transferred to hub.
2. Accurately translate quality documents from one language to another. This includes ensuring the translation is linguistically and technically accurate, maintaining consistency with Sanofi-specific terminology, and adhering to established quality standards and regulation.
3. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on translated documents, involving review of translated content for accuracy, grammar, style.
4. Manage and maintain a centralized terminology database, as it is crucial for consistent and standardized translation.

About You

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration or related field of study.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in documentation, (optional: in GxP environment).
3. Fluent in Japanese (write, speak, read) due to the countries that will be supporting, and excellent English communication skill.
4. Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner.
5. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments.
6. Sufficient skills in Quality DMS, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
