Job summary

FFM Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Tax Manager to support the Head of Tax in overseeing the Group's transfer pricing function, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations through management of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing documentation, audit engagements and other regulatory requirements.

The role strengthens governance, policies, and controls to manage tax risks and provides TP guidance to business units on commercial arrangements and cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (MIA/ ACCA/ CPA) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare transfer pricing documentation (functional/economic analysis, contemporaneous docs).
• Manage transfer pricing audits and respond to tax authority queries.
• Provide TP advice on cross-border transactions and restructurings.
• Support corporate tax compliance and indirect tax matters.
• Monitor tax law changes and communicate impact.
• Assist ad hoc tax projects and regulatory assignments.
