We are seeking a skilled Trading Operations Specialist with expertise in fintech and strong trading system knowledge to drive seamless trade execution and system enhancements. If this sounds like your area of expertise, we would like to hear from you!

What you’ll be working on:

• Collaborate with the front office to address trade transaction issues, including order types, deal prices, and related concerns.
• Liaise with upper brokers on trade and product-related matters such as commission structures, order execution, and product updates.
• Manage trade and financial product operations, including holiday announcements, new product launches, and product testing.
• Support trading system maintenance tasks, such as leverage adjustments, group creation and modifications, and PAMM/MAM settings.
• Assist in product-related configurations within the trading system, such as aligning Futures contract sizes and stock lot sizes with relevant exchanges.
• Communicate with trading system providers regarding system bugs, enhancements, and feature improvements.
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve trade-related transaction issues.
• Participate in trading system enhancement projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in trading, especially in CFD brokerage.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience as an MT4/MT5 Administrator or Manager, with strong familiarity managing MetaTrader platforms, including MT4/MT5 Admin, Administrator Group, and Symbol settings. Proficiency with MT4/MT5 is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Interactive Broker Trading Work Station (TWS) or Bloomberg is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong command of both English and Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts.
