This role involves identifying potential clients, guiding them through trademark registration, and maintaining strong relationships with businesses and legal professionals. Identify and approach potential clients who require trademark services, and existing clients for trademark renewal services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, entrepreneurs, and legal professionals.
Provide clients with initial guidance on trademark registration procedures and requirements.
Conduct preliminary trademark searches and risk assessments.
Collaborate with trademark team to ensure seamless client handover for trademark filing and prosecution.
Address client inquiries regarding trademarks, fees, timelines, and potential objections.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law or equivalent
Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin & Cantonese is an advantage.
More than 3 years of experience in IP matters.
Work independently with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
