Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Trade Marketing Executive to lead our trade marketing initiatives across key retail and distribution channels. This role plays a critical part in aligning our brand and sales strategies at the point of purchase. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of retail environments, shopper behavior, and channel-specific marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing strategies and working closely with the distribution team to align marketing campaigns
- Understand everybrand’s positioning and guideline, identify target audience and develop marketing plans to drive business objectives across different channels and segments
- Design and implement trade promotions, in-store campaigns, POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), and activation plans to enhance visibility and drive conversions.
- Work with brand(s) and cross-functional teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for different retail environments.
- Conduct analytics reporting acrossmultiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formalproposals and recommendations on tactics
- Partner with digital and graphic team,other internal stakeholders, external agencies, relevant brands and retailers to grow overall brand exposure and awareness
- Working in partnership with the different business units, developcreative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or similar sectors.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful trade campaigns and in-store activations.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales data and market trends.
- Team player, exceptional project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in content creation using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe will be an added advantage
