What You Will Do
  • Create robust and cost-effective semiconductor IC test strategies, including test platform, hardware, software, and instrumentation.
  • Design ATE hardware interface boards, write test programs for IC testing and characterization.
  • Debug and bring-up ATE test solutions to evaluate analog and mixed-signal ICs and perform bench correlation.
  • Perform parametric tests on ATE with a strong defect screening mentality.
  • Debug device and setup-related issues and drive the resolution independently.
  • Analyze silicon results, perform statistical analysis, identify root causes for yield fall-outs, and support failure analysis activities.
  • Support silicon qualification, including hardware development for qualification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to device success.
What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in semiconductor IC testing on ATE.
  • Experience in ATE hardware PCB design.
  • Knowledge of test and measurement equipment.
  • Experience with analog testers like Teradyne ETS-88, ETS-364, or other equivalent ATE.
