Job summary

Bybit Limited is seeking an experienced Incident Response professional to join our security operations team in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate on-call incident responses for high-availability systems and lead post-mortem analyses to drive improvements across monitoring, change management, and processes.

The ideal candidate has strong technical understanding of system architectures, and excellent communication skills to deliver concise briefings to management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major incident response and post-mortems.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams without direct authority.
• Strong written communication to document post-mortems and actions.
• Proficiency in English for meetings and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation; respond to major production incidents.
• Lead incident post-mortems; coordinate root cause analysis and action items.
• Establish and optimize incident response runbooks, SOPs, and escalation paths.
