Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Support general maintenance and daily equipment inspection of the wastewater treatment plant.
2. Assist water system team in the production of Purified Water (PW), Water for Injection (WFI), and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
3. Perform daily monitoring of the wastewater treatment plant and report findings to the Utility Engineer.
4. Diagnose operational problems and implement effective correction procedures.
5. Keep records of operational data of the wastewater treatment plant and maintain checklists.
6. Prepare and submit samples for external laboratory analysis.
7. Maintain storage and inventory of chemicals, including scheduled waste.
8. Perform basic laboratory analysis.
9. Ensure housekeeping of the wastewater treatment plant.
10. Comply with quality and operational standards (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP), as well as Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental System controls during daily activities.
11. Participate in company activities related to training, employee engagement, fire-fighting, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety).
12. Work as part of a team to achieve department KPIs and overall company quality objectives.
13. Undertake any other duties or tasks as directed by superiors or management.
