Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver, install, test, and commission automotive workshop equipment and tools at customer sites.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal sales team regarding equipment and tool functionality and operation.
• Communicate with principals on technical matters.
• Provide oversight to team of technicians in ensuring overall service delivery
• Deliver regular servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Deliver product demos, training sessions, and occasional trade shows.
• Manage inventory and service records, customer reports, and documentation for all tasks performed.
• Ensure safety procedures and best practices in workshop and customer environments.
• Continuously upgrade technical knowledge through in-house and supplier-provided training.
