Job summary

Luxaviation is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer in Malaysia to oversee the local CAMO team, plan maintenance, and support Singaporean fleets as needed. You will lead client interactions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety and reliability across managed aircraft.

The role requires 5+ years of technical services experience in corporate aviation, strong stakeholder skills, and eligibility to work in Malaysia, with after-hours availability in a 24/7 aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Services Engineer.
• Experience in the corporate aviation business is essential.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management.
• Detailed knowledge of FAA, Bermuda, IOMAR and SMAR regulations.
• Commitment to aviation safety and quality.
• Valid, unrestricted working rights in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CAMO team in Malaysia with local management and planning.
• Mentor and motivate CAMO staff to high standards.
• Act as client contact for aircraft owners and operators, ensuring service quality.
• Maintain maintenance control and manuals as per MCM and regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and quotations for customers.
• Support on-site maintenance oversight and AOG events.
• Contribute to safety management system and CAMO development.
