Qualifications

• Work with Product and Engineering Leaders to identify gaps in collaboration.
• Set up processes like Jira Workflows and Notion Workflows.
• Define and lead key technical initiatives.
• Establish capacity models for roadmap planning.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure team performance.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and senior leadership.
