Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to blend deep technical literacy with governance and executive stakeholder management. The role focuses on delivering high-impact enterprise applications, automated post-trade workflows, modern ERP systems, and market infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will translate regulatory mandates into precise technical plans, drive architectural milestones, and ensure fault tolerance, low latency, and scalability across core market engines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and automated workflows.
• Proven governance and stakeholder management at executive levels.
• Strong background in SDLC, architecture reviews, CI/CD and security controls.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and financial market infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery lifecycle (SDLC) for high-impact enterprise applications, automated post-trade workflows, and ERP systems.
• Translate complex business and regulatory mandates into actionable technical specs, sprint backlogs, milestones, and release plans.
• Steer architectural reviews and code-quality gates to guarantee fault tolerance, low latency, and horizontal scalability.
• Direct and synchronize multidisciplinary teams including software engineering, DevOps, DB administration, QA, and production support.
• Standardize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing regimes, and branch management strategies to minimize production deployment risk.
• Ensure all development lifecycles, data handling procedures, and access controls adhere to local capital market regulatory guidelines.
