POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Plan, manage, and supervise maintenance work in accordance with specified standards, best practices, and quality to ensure serviceability, reliability of facilities, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Analyze technical reports; identify trends in facilities and equipment breakdowns; recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Analyze cost implications of operations, maintenance, and repair activities; recommend budget adjustments.
• Provide guidance, advice, and direction to subordinates; promote high standards of maintenance culture, efficiency, productivity, teamwork, quality services, and personnel development.
• Plan and ensure maintenance work meets high standards, ensuring serviceability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Control and ensure compliance with local and international regulations and legislations for safe and efficient airport operations and maintenance.
• Accountable for maintenance work at the airports.
• Enhance management and leadership skills and knowledge related to maintenance works.
• Knowledgeable in Contract Management.
• Stay updated with the latest technology and best practices in the industry.
