MR DIY TRADING SDN BHD in Malaysia seeks a seasoned tax professional to lead compliance and advisory efforts. You will prepare provisional tax computations, oversee transfer pricing documentation, and manage indirect taxes, collaborating with internal teams and tax authorities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or ACCA/CPA/ICAEW) with at least five years of tax experience in firms or in-house tax departments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax compliance.
• Experience in transfer pricing will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the preparation of provisional tax computations and tax estimates.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and country-by-country reporting for compliance.
• Assist in management and compliance of indirect taxes (SST, withholding tax).
• Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and tax authorities as liaison for audits.
• Compile documentation requested for tax audits, projects, and governance purposes.
• Assist in ad-hoc tax projects and initiatives as needed.
