Job description

As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a strategic role in shaping the company’s talent acquisition engine. More than just building pipelines, you’ll design and lead them acting as a key partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs, map talent markets, and engage top-tier candidates.

You’ll lead sourcing for complex and senior-level roles across engineering, data, product, and design, while developing and evolving sourcing strategies that emphasize personalization, diversity, and long-term relationship building. This high-impact position offers visibility across the organization and is ideal for someone who thrives on influence, insight, and delivering results in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to create and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.

Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts for critical and senior technical roles, including competitive talent mapping and market insights.

Design and deliver customized, high-touch outreach strategies with a focus on candidate experience and inclusive hiring.

Build and maintain robust pipelines for current and future hiring needs across technical domains (engineering, data, infrastructure, etc.).

Leverage advanced sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Boolean/X-ray search, Gem, etc.).

Analyze talent market trends to guide sourcing approaches and influence hiring strategy.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of sourcing experience, ideally within high-growth tech or startup settings.

Proven track record sourcing for niche and senior-level technical roles (e.g., Machine Learning, Mobile Engineers, Front and Back-end Engineers and Developers, Data Scientists, Chief Architects etc.).

Expertise in multichannel sourcing strategies and tools.

Strong research skills with a passion for market intelligence and competitive insights.

Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions and seniority levels.

Data-driven mindset with experience using sourcing metrics to improve outcomes.

Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the hiring process.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting global or international sourcing efforts.

Familiarity with modern ATS/CRM platforms.

Experience building sourcing operations or scalable outreach programs from the ground up.
