Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Talent Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition, research methodologies, and data analysis to identify and engage top-tier candidates for various roles within our organization.

What You'll Do:
-An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
- Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
- Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on-line media, referrals, etc.
- Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
- Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as reference checking, etc.
- Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
- Manage Candidate Relationship till they are offered or rejected by the client.
- Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner
- Ensure stringent compliance to organization’s procedure and policies
- Other ad hoc duties

What We’re Looking For:
Possess bachelor's degree in any field.
Have more than 1 year of relevant working experience .
Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work.
