Job description

You will be part of our Talent Acquisition + Attraction team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.

Your Role

You will drive all talent acquisition activities to search + engage with the best talents to join our business. You will be the talent acquisition expert delivering our solutions to all key stakeholders. You will ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer + candidate experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with your Team Leader to source + deliver the best candidates for open positions via professional networks such as LinkedIn, internal recruitment tools, referral programs, social media, and job boards.
  • Deliver all key activities within the talent acquisition process, including proactive sourcing, screening applications, reviewing resumes, conducting testing, and launching reference + background checks.
  • Manage + track candidate interactions via our internal systems.
  • Continuously optimize our talent acquisition solutions + processes by delivering against specified key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Screen + review incoming applicants.
  • Build + maintain talent pools for specific roles and/or locations focusing on in-demand skill sets to ensure a continuous flow of applicants.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Able to manage multiple stakeholders with minimum supervision.
  • Multi-lingual, strong English skills, and ability to speak a second or third language is preferred.
  • High commitment to quality and deadlines.
