Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings deep expertise in recruitment, and leverages on process improvement and data literacy to drive hiring excellence. You will play a key role in shaping our talent strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio and manage end-to-end recruitment for junior-to-senior level roles across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Proactively identify top talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process while navigating challenges in a matrix organization with resilience and adaptability.
  • Represent the team in Group/ Country simplification and streamlining projects (ie. automation, workflow optimization) to improve recruitment processes and drive excellence efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design and implement hiring strategies and forecast for future demand.
  • Champion the use of recruitment technologies and tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics (e.g. quality of hire, source effectiveness) and provide actionable insights.
  • Good attention to detail while handling recruitment processes, administrative tasks, aligning to compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, metrics, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking and negotiation skills.
