As a seasoned, Senior Talent Acquisition professional – you will partner the business, specifically technically specialised departments for their Talent Acquisition needs.
You must have the ability to advise and strategize a robust talent planning & sourcing strategy to ensure incoming talents are of high quality, fit and contributory towards the progress the business across the Divisions.

- Responsible for full recruitment cycle to bring in the best prospective talent to the organization.
- Strategize and provide creative ideas towards an attractive employer branding in the industry.
- Manage stakeholders of all levels across the organization.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition activities to attract and identify quality candidates of interest in alignment with the forecast of vacancies, current requirements with quick turnaround time (TAT).
- Responsible to formulate, analyse, review existing recruitment policies & procedures and execute plan accordingly.
- Identify and recommend appropriate tools to ensure comprehensive assessment of candidates including competency, behavioural and cultural match to the organisation.
- Recommend, develop and execute ad-hoc and strategic talent acquisition initiatives and programs based on the overall plans of Talent, Selection and Planning Department.
- Mentor junior TA members and continuously motivated in producing the desired results to support the Divisions assigned to them.
- Responsible for recruitment projects (e.g. Protege Hiring, Graduate Development Program, Internship, Career Fair, Partnership with Universities).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
All you need:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline.
- Relevant working experience of at least 8 years in similar capacity with knowledge in the domain and expertise required.
- Must understand the company’s business requirements especially in technical hiring of engineers, data scientists and technical specialists for telco.
- Resilience, flexibility and the ability to take on difficult and inconvenient situations.
- Able to zoom-in into details (micro); and zoom-out to see big picture (macro).
- Ability to manage tight operations and deadlines.
