About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf our client in the Electronic Distributor industry. The ideal candidate is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment across various functions and levels.

About the Role

This role manages 20-30 roles of white & blue collars for quarterly basis and to be based in Penang. If you are passionate or would like to kick start your journey in ASEAN hiring, this role might be for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own End to End recruitment life cycle from sourcing to closing.
  • Build up pipeline through proactive talent search.
  • Manage recruitment processes for non-outsourced hiring activities by working closely with the business, HR community and candidates.
  • Provide guidance and support on the deployment and development of Employer Brand, Social Media (internal and external), Reporting, Compliance/Diversity and Training strategies in the new recruitment model.
  • Prepare and analyse recruiting reports to monitor cost per hire, time to fill, SLAs and other recruiting metrics.
  • Vendor management support - ensuring Service Level Agreements are being met and identifying opportunities for improvements. This includes dashboards and tracking to support across APAC. progressing towards initiatives. Deepen and broaden connections with key decision makers within suppliers and customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree qualified with 6 to 8 years of regional recruiting experience in both blue- and white-collar sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adept at multi-tasking, time prioritization with an eye for detail.
  • Fluent in English & Malay communication.
  • Proficient in reading and writing Malay to handle local government documents and ensure compliance with regulations. Strong stakeholder management with a can-do attitude.
