A leading company in Consumer Electronics Manufacturing seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior to enhance its recruitment process. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, partnership with HR leaders, and sourcing talent through various platforms. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior will be responsible for partnering with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving human capital needs of Plexus, and introduce top talent into the company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist Senior will own the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, forming relationships with community and business organizations, and onboarding new hires. As a Senior TA Specialist, there will be opportunities to lead or drive projects.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Effective Partnership: Partner with HR Partners and Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications, and selection criteria. A good business partner listens, learns, and brings forward creative recommendations to help solve talent needs.
Sourcing and Branding: Aggressively network, advertise, and message within various local or global platforms such as LinkedIn to engage passive candidates.
Hiring Excellence: Own the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, phone screening, assessing, selecting, and supporting top talent through their first day. This includes assessing skills, education, salary requirements, and candidate potential. Participate in formal onsite interviews when needed.
Consultation: Provide advice and counsel to managers on candidate suitability, team fit, and company culture. Help improve employee retention through best hiring practices. Mentoring and coaching other TA team members is also expected.
Business Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of the company, its culture, benefits, products, and services to effectively sell the company and the role to candidates.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience.
Other Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), technical language proficiency, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to work independently and in teams. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Interpersonal skills for working across the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, HRMS, and Applicant Tracking Systems. Familiarity with general office equipment.
