Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent in line with the company business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with department heads to understand manpower needs, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for all levels.
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of approved manpower requisitions in line with company timelines.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical positions.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
2. Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
- Strengthen employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and other talent-related engagements.
3. Manpower Planning & Reporting
- Work closely with HR and department heads to support quarterly and annual manpower planning exercises.
- Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and provide regular reports on hiring status, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and other KPIs.
- Identify and propose improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business needs.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and recruitment strategies.
5. Process & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of progressive recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
- Proven experience handling senior-level and volume hiring.
- Skills:
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical and reporting abilities
- Familiarity with ATS (e.g., Manatal) and recruitment tools
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
